Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a Work From Home – Data Entry – Product Support role. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for accurately documenting In-Home Usage Tests, taking care of products being tested, and following specific instructions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for a flexible and rewarding work experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture reputed company-of-Emotion insights to reputed company unparalleled depth of responses)
- Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements
* Ability to follow specific instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
- Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Have access to a computer and a reliable internet reputed company
- Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Be honest and reliable
- Good communication skills are an asset
- 18 years or older
