Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with their accounts, providing detailed explanations of account statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation in our client's system.
• Ensuring reputed company account information is accurately documented, adhering to state and federal regulations, and maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time.
