Whether or not you serve in a clinical role, every reputed company team member is a caregiver. As a Systems Analyst I, your caregiving begins in the office by supporting efficient workflows, system functionality and technical operations. In this role, you will reputed company Epic printer mapping for outpatient and inpatient modules and provide support for Epic applications through the Core team, handling service requests and incidents submitted through reputed company. You will be trained to analyze and resolve configuration issues, troubleshoot system breakages, and support workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow needs. Additional responsibilities include contributing to solution development, assisting with project tasks and documentation, supporting operational objectives and technology planning, ensuring effective communication across teams, and providing first-level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours on-call support.

A caregiver in this role works remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an on-call rotation.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

• reputed company workstation, software, peripheral, network and workflow support.  

• Provide input to reputed company solutions.  

• Assist with project assignments and documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans, and collaborative communications.  

• Provide first level diagnostic Help Desk and after-hours support, including on-call responsibilities. 

• Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems. 

• Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation. 

• Demonstrate, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration. 

• Support development of information system requirements including process and documentation creation and maintenance. 

• Maintain user confidence. 

• Protect operations by keeping information confidential. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a reputed company field and one year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required  

• OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience  

• OR High School diploma/GED, successful completion of reputed company apprenticeship program and two years of experience 

• OR Bachelor’s degree 

• ITIL Foundations Certification upon or reputed company six months of hire 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

• reputed company, CompTIA or equivalent certifications 

• Experience in a healthcare environment 

• Previous hands-on Epic experience

Physical Requirements:

• Will be required to frequently move or reputed company: workstations, monitors, printers and peripherals up to 75 pounds with the use of a two-wheeled cart or dolly.

• May occasionally be required to transport equipment in personal vehicle.

• Requires normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.

• Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting and manual dexterity to operate computer.
