The Impact You’ll reputed company in this Role The person hired for the position of Americas MedSurg Strategic Program Manager – Commercial Supply Chain will reputed company cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial strategy with operational execution across the MedSurg business. This role plays a critical part in driving business and financial performance by enabling commercialization readiness, strengthening supply continuity, and advancing strategic growth opportunities.

This position serves as a key partner to commercial and functional leadership, translating strategic priorities into coordinated programs that enhance operational alignment, improve customer outcomes, and deliver measurable impact.

• Translating strategic priorities into structured execution plans, milestones, and performance tracking.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 4 years of project management experience.

OR

• Highschool/ GED AND 6 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 6 years of project management experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome.
• Strong program or project management experience leading reputed company to large initiatives.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Strong analytical reputed company with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

• Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes reputed company pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
