As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be required to support the Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company) team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
- Managing the reputed company-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel
- Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Consistently makes safety and reputed company, of self and others, the reputed company
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking, and styles
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds
- Be authorized to live and work in the country you are applying to
- Possess entry-level computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent, both written and orally, in English
