What do our Inside Sales Representative’s do?

The primary purpose of this role is to sell and upsell our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and reputed company clientele professionally, profitably and ethically by executing the company designed sales process. The role of the Outbound Sales Representative for Rentokil North America Pest Control is to meet or exceed Baseline Sales Targets, meets or exceeds KPIs while maintaining a customer-focused service. New business reputed company will come from the following sources:

Primary or Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls expectations.
• Consistently maintain a 35% or reputed company closing reputed company and convert customer call-ins to 52% or reputed company into our Year Round Protection Plan.
• Consistently reputed company and exceed monthly reputed company Line Sales reputed company.
• Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 7 reputed company Sales Approach.
• Follow up on reputed company Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders and Sold/Proposed reputed company 48 hours.
• Re-solicitation/calls to convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan.
• Effectively Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers.
• Call volume standards are 12-15 Calls per Hour, 4-5 Contacts per Hour and 1-2 Appointments scheduled per Hour.
• Multi-tasking skills are essential.

What do you need?

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• 0-1 years of Sales experience and Call Center experience required

Preferred

• Must pass pre-employment background screen.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
