Regional Sales Manager - NJ and DE

This is a remote, travel-based reputed company sales role covering NJ and DE. Applicants must currently reside in NJ or DE.

As an reputed company Sales Representative at reputed company Tech Services, you will drive reputed company growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities with public safety and municipal agencies. Focused on vehicle upfitting and in-vehicle technology, you'll manage a defined territory across NJ/DE, expanding our customer reputed company while growing wallet share reputed company existing accounts.

This position is remote from your home office, with regular travel throughout the region.

This is a field-based, consultative sales role where success is reputed company by your ability to build a strong pipeline, reputed company trusted relationships with decision-makers, and deliver solutions that help first responders operate more reputed company and safely. You'll have access to a full support team-including engineering, marketing, install teams, and executive leadership-to help you win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with public safety agencies and local governments reputed company your assigned territory
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline valued at $250K+ reputed company the first 90 days
  • Maintain consistent reputed company activity, including 50+ weekly touches through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes using reputed company and our sales enablement tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams-including engineering, install, and customer service-to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Represent reputed company Tech Services at industry tradeshows, events, and customer demos to increase visibility and generate leads
  • reputed company and exceed sales goals and performance milestones, contributing to the company's growth targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning ITS solutions with their operational needs

Success Milestones

  • 30 Days: Complete onboarding, product training, and reputed company basics. reputed company internal meetings and introduce yourself to 10+ accounts. Create a territory heat map and practice quoting.
  • 60 Days: Deepen product knowledge, build a pipeline of 20+ qualified opportunities, submit formal quotes, and participate in a vehicle build or install. Deliver a territory development plan and hold 10+ meetings.
  • 90 Days: Manage sales cycles independently, maintain pipeline to meet quarterly goals, reputed company initial orders, and deliver 8+ customer presentations. Complete territory review with Sales Manager.
  • 120 Days: reputed company or exceed quarterly reputed company targets, reputed company top account plans, sustain a pipeline 3x quarterly goal, and demonstrate strong reputed company proficiency and sales consistency.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B or public-sector sales, ideally in a technical or service-based industry
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding a $1M+ annual sales quota, with at least two consecutive years of 100%+ attainment
  • Strong prospecting and territory development skills with a hunter reputed company
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred:

  • Established relationships with decision-makers in police, fire, EMS, or municipal government
  • Experience selling mobile data terminals (MDTs), vehicle upfitting services, or reputed company public safety technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
