Early reputed company (EI) Supervisor
Position Summary
The Early reputed company (EI) Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision, performance management, and daily operational reputed company of Early reputed company Service Coordinators/Case Managers. This role ensures services are delivered in compliance with IDEA Part C, BabyNet, Medicaid, and organizational standards while driving productivity, documentation quality, and family-centered practices. The EI Supervisor plays a critical role in staff development, service continuity, and risk mitigation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support assigned EI Service Coordinators/Case Managers
- Monitor caseloads, service delivery, and unit productivity to ensure program targets are met
- Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with BabyNet and Medicaid requirements
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and corrective guidance to staff
- Conduct regular individual supervision sessions and team meetings
- Ensure timely initiation of services and prevent gaps in service delivery
- Respond to family concerns, service issues, and escalation events
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providers, and community partners
Productivity & Performance reputed company
- Monitor weekly and monthly unit production by Service Coordinator • Ensure adherence to established productivity and documentation standards • Identify early warning indicators for performance or compliance risk • Support staff with schedule planning, visit execution, and workflow efficiency
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with IDEA Part C, BabyNet policies, Medicaid billing rules, and internal protocols
- Conduct documentation reviews and audits as required
- Ensure timelines for IFSP development, service initiation, and reviews are met
- Participate in corrective action responses and quality improvement initiatives
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between frontline staff and leadership • Collaborate with managers and administrators to support program goals • Assist with operational planning, workflow improvements, and system changes • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and reputed company improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or reputed company field (master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Early reputed company or similar human services programs
- Prior supervisory or reputed company experience preferred • Working knowledge of IDEA Part C, BabyNet, and Medicaid requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supervising EI Service Coordinators or Case Managers
- Strong documentation review and compliance monitoring skills
- Ability to analyze productivity data and implement corrective strategies
- Conflict resolution and coaching experience • Proficiency with electronic health records and case management systems
Work Environment & Expectations
This position may include a combination of reputed company-based, and field responsibilities. The EI Supervisor must be accessible to staff, reputed company to families, and available to address operational needs during standard business hours.
Reporting Relationship
The Early reputed company Supervisor reports to the Assistant District Manager, depending on organizational structure.
