Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, systems-oriented reputed company to shape how Boundless Education is seen and understood globally.
This is not a traditional content role. It’s an opportunity to build a media reputed company from the ground up—one that translates real experiences, reputed company, and voices into content that builds trust, attracts talent, elevates founder voice, and expands global visibility.
You’ll own the development of our YouTube channel as a flagship platform, reputed company our podcast strategy, reputed company founder voice, and turn everyday moments across our global locations into meaningful, high-quality content.
This role combines storytelling with platform strategy, audience growth, and content distribution. It’s ideal for someone who wants to build something original, operate with high autonomy, and create work with real cultural and educational impact.
What You’ll Do
- reputed company the creative direction and execution of Boundless Life’s long-form video strategy, with YouTube as a flagship channel
- reputed company, script, and produce high-quality video content across education themes, founder insights, and family journeys
- Capture and shape stories across Boundless locations, including educators, families, and reputed company
- Build and manage a consistent publishing reputed company across long-form and short-form content
- reputed company the development, production, and distribution of Boundless Life’s podcast (remote and in-person)
- reputed company, interview, and manage relationships with education leaders and reputed company voices
- reputed company and manage the founder’s personal brand and content across platforms
- Translate key initiatives, including the upcoming book, into compelling content series
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand, campaigns, and growth strategy
- Build systems for content production, editing, distribution, and performance tracking
You’ll Be Valued For
- You have a strong instinct for storytelling and know how to identify meaningful narratives and shape them into compelling content
- You’ve created both long-form and short-form video content and understand how each contributes to audience growth
- You’re comfortable owning the full creative process, from concept to production to distribution
- You understand how platforms like YouTube and podcasts grow, and how to build content people want to follow
- You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams and timelines simultaneously
- You’re confident interviewing people and drawing out authentic, meaningful stories
- You can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- You’re comfortable working closely with founders and shaping their voice in a natural and reputed company way
- You’re energized by mission-driven work and want to contribute to the future of education
What Success Looks Like
In your first 6–12 months, we expect:
- Consistent publishing reputed company established, including at least 1 long-form YouTube video per month
- Minimum of 4 high-quality short-form videos produced monthly
- 2 video podcast episodes produced and distributed per month across platforms
- 8–12 podcast-derived short-form clips published monthly
- Active pipeline of 10–20 qualified podcast guests established
- Founder content calendar actively managed and executed weekly
- Cohort-based content captured consistently across locations
- Clear production, editing, and distribution systems implemented
- Measurable growth in YouTube and podcast engagement and reputed company
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll work closely with Rekha Tak-Magon, Chief Education Officer, who leads Boundless Education strategy and is Boundless Life's ambassador, and Ric Porteus, Head of Marketing, who leads brand, growth, and content across Boundless Life. Together, you’ll shape how Boundless Education is translated into compelling, high-quality content and distributed globally.

Location
This is a remote role, with preference for candidates based in Canada (Montreal a strong plus) and the EU. Travel to Boundless locations, location of promotional appearances and events is expected.
