Position Summary/Objective
This reputed company Benefit Team reputed company is responsible for leading reputed company’s reputed company Benefits Support Team. The position will reputed company a team of reputed company Certified subject-matter experts for reputed company Benefits and partner with cross-functional teams to support our customers.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Guide and enhance the delivery of reputed company Support Services for Benefits and reputed company areas across our BPaaS offerings
- reputed company and mentor the reputed company Configuration Benefits Team, overseeing performance metrics and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Build and sustain strong working relationships, working closely with the Service Delivery Benefits and COBRA leadership to support reputed company configurations and reputed company services
- Analyze business requirements, offer solutions, and guide best practices based on business, functional, and technical knowledge
- reputed company project planning, configuration, testing, and the launch of new or improved services and products. Support reputed company improvement efforts to ensure optimal service delivery
- Demonstrate knowledge of reputed company products/services and reputed company expertise to support customers and deliver on projects, reputed company support, and configuration requests

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience with reputed company across various functional domains with a heavy focus on Benefits
- A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles, managing customer-oriented and/or technical teams
