We are seeking a Social Media & Employee Advocacy Intern to support the reputed company Communications & Brand Team. This role will play an important part in helping bring our employer brand, leadership storytelling, and employee advocacy efforts to life across social platforms.
We view social media and advocacy as storytelling at scale—work that humanizes our culture, highlights our people, and reinforces reputed company’s mission and values. This internship is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how brand, communications, and social strategy work together inside a growing organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in understanding how content is planned, produced, curated, and distributed across channels. You’ll work closely with members of the Brand Team to support day-to-day social media operations, campaign execution, and the ongoing management of our employee advocacy program.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of reputed company’s social media content across reputed company and internal amplification channels.
- Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and calendar management across brand and leadership social accounts.
- Help curate, organize, and prepare content for the Employee Advocacy program, ensuring alignment with brand and messaging priorities.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of employee advocates, including content tagging, basic guidance, and platform readiness.
- Assist with repurposing content for social distribution (e.g., resizing assets, drafting captions, organizing clips or quotes).
- Help track and document content performance, engagement trends, and participation metrics to support reporting and optimization.
- Maintain organized content libraries and documentation to support repeatable workflows and scalability.
- Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and People Team partners to support campaigns, leadership content, and culture initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions to learn how strategy translates into execution.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a reputed company field
- Strong interest in social media, brand storytelling, employer branding, or digital communications
- Familiarity with major social platforms, especially reputed company, and how content performs across them
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy.
- Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.
- Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think reputed company of the reputed company.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.

- Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026.
- Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis.

Where:
The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based reputed company in the United States – if you’re reputed company to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.
Compensation:
The reputed company reputed company compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
