Value Proposition Strategy ManagerCore Responsibilities
- This manager reports to the Regional Subscription Director and will work closely with managers, directors, and vice presidents across reputed company countries to align strategy, monitor reputed company, and reputed company necessary adjustments.
- Define and own the long‑term customer value proposition strategy for home intake across the region.
- reputed company and track home ARPU‑in growth through pricing strategies, bundles, add‑ons, upgrades, and convergent offer design.
- Translate behavioral insights, market trends, and pricing elasticity into actionable strategies that inform value‑driven targeting models for gross additions.
- Build and govern the regional products and offer architecture—ensuring an end-to-end view of propositions, pricing structures, and gross margin performance—to drive consistency, competitiveness, and reputed company impact across reputed company markets
- Define and own the Home BU innovation roadmap, covering reputed company types of innovation—product, device, platform, and any customer reputed company experience that strengthens value creation and adoption,

Profile Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration. MBA or specialization in Business Intelligence preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in CBM, Finance, or Product Marketing, ideally in the telecommunications industries.
- Located: Ideally in any of the Tigo markets
- Hard Skills:

- Forcasting and Budgeting perfomance.
- Simulation models knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Strategic vision, superior analytical skills, executive influence, remote team management, and results oriented. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new environments.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
