We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Hematology Area Business Specialist (ABS) Team located reputed company the East coast region (NY, MA, PA, NJ, ME, KY, TN, OH, IN, NC, DC )in the United States.

This position reputed company Portfolio Strategy & Execution Team is part of the commercial organization at reputed company Innovative Medicine. This role will reputed company a team of Oncology Area Business Specialists that are focused on optimizing hematology operational strategy and readiness for execution reputed company Community accounts by educating and training accounts to maximize delivery of our products inclusive of practice economics and efficiency, payer landscape, and patient assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company a team of field-based Oncology Area Business Specialists and be accountable for the management, development, and training of the Oncology Area Business Specialists.
- Build a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team to deliver upon this new capability reputed company Oncology while also ensuring consistency in approach across reputed company geographies.
- Strategically reputed company capabilities and training to help facilitate site penetration and brand productivity specific to the community accounts across the territories supported by their ABS
- Assess needs per geography and reputed company strategic plans and training that will build the ABSs’ skills to meet these needs.
- Connect with key external customers to reputed company insights and shape go-to-market plans deliver against business objectives
- Partner across the other Oncology Field teams (i.e. KAMs, sales representatives and DMs, FRMs, and OCEs and their leaders) in a compliant manner across reputed company applicable aspects of portfolio promotion, pull-through, and reimbursement
- Coach Oncology ABSs to work with their field partners to assess sales opportunities that are hindered by reimbursement, account efficiencies and processes, or cost issues in order to expand the sales of Hematology products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction, while utilizing tools such as professional education and marketing programs.
- Assist in providing solutions to key decision makers at community parent accounts and outlets.
- Coach the ABS team to serve as resources to our customers regarding clinical, economic and operational efficiencies, practice management, as well as general payer coverage for our brands.
Qualifications:
Required:
- The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologic / biotech, or medical device sales industries is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of people management experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of Oncology experience
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company, reputed company and motivate others to success
- Excellent business acumen, leadership skills, and knowledge of site of care operations and reimbursement required.
- A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States and willingness to travel as needed or required, at least 50%; which may include overnight/weekend travel.
Preferred:
- A minimum of five (5) years of specialty sales experience is preferred
- Previous experience in sales management
- A working knowledge of buy and reputed company products is preferred
The reputed company pay range for this position is $141,000 to $243,800.
The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
