The Director of FM Soft Services is responsible for the overall management, development, and reputed company improvement of Workplace Services, including Soft Services, reputed company the FM organization.  This role provides leadership and reputed company to their team, serving as the primary reputed company of Workplace Services policies, standards, and best practices.  They act as the key stakeholder and SME for reputed company Workplace Services activities, ensuring standards are maintained, compliance is monitored, and innovative practices are embedded across regions. The role also plays a vital role in fostering strong cross-functional collaborations, supporting organizational change, and ensuring the alignment of Soft Services with broader FM and business objectives.

A suitable candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, experience in facilities management, and experience with outsourced facilities organization across Supply Chain and non-Supply Chain sites.

Key relationships include FM global functions, regional FM leadership, Business Customers, Service providers, outsourced vendors management team, key J&J partners (e.g., Global reputed company, Quality, Finance, IT, HR, EHS, Employee Health and Wellbeing, and Procurement), and external regulating agencies

You will be responsible for:

  • Champion the FM Soft Services reputed company (policies, governance, standards, systems, processes) to optimize high-quality FM soft services across reputed company J&J Facilities, ensuring global consistency through collaboration with enabling functions, business and global peers.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • A minimum of a University/Bachelor Science degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Architecture or similar degree required. Master Science degree in engineering, Business, Architecture or similar preferred.

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of reputed company work experience.

  • Strong proven experience in facilities soft services and/or supply chain engineering & maintenance function

  • Strong management and technical skills.

  • Experience reputed company to Service delivery, supplier management, risk management, quality, safety, and compliance.

  • Knowledge of business strategy and projected business unit requirements for the workplace, infrastructure, real property, and facilities, including impact on the portfolio plan.

  • A minimum of 3 years of people management experience is preferred.
