High-Level Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reputed company Core reputed company Product Manager to join reputed company. The position is responsible for developing and leading the execution of comprehensive reputed company marketing strategies for Foot & Ankle Core product line, driving reputed company growth through a customer-centric approach, launch excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role reports to the Director of reputed company Marketing and Communications and partners closely with sales, medical education, and internal stakeholders to translate market insights into effective positioning, messaging, and commercial initiatives that accelerate adoption and sustain long-term portfolio performance.

  • Present frequently to senior leadership team

Sales Enablement & Field Engagement

  • Work closely with sales training / sales enablement to set training strategy for the product or portfolio

  • Communicate frequently with top sellers to understand needs and opportunities

  • Partner with distributors to identify targets and assist in selling activities

Medical Education

  • Partner with medical education to create events and agendas

  • Present product features, benefits, and surgical techniques to surgeon customers

Market, Customer & Competitive Insights

  • Communicate frequently with customers to deeply understand unmet needs and growth opportunities

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends

Analytics, Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Analyze sales and market data to assess product performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth

  • Support the field inventory team to optimize inventory usage

Upstream Partnership & Portfolio Management

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
