[Remote] Billing Automation Analyst

The Billing Automation Analyst will support managed services operations by ensuring accurate billing and maintaining relationships with transportation vendors through data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the billing verification process, reconciling vendor invoices against internal service data to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain and refine tools or processes for invoice tracking, vendor performance monitoring, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely communication with vendors and clients
• Support the development and automation of systems that streamline vendor management and billing accuracy
• Contribute to analyses that identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for operational efficiencies
• Prepare clear, data-driven summaries and presentations for internal and client stakeholders
• Participate in broader vendor management functions, including contract compliance and service quality monitoring
• Support analytics and automation needs across our district partnerships as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with large datasets in reputed company and reputed company Sheets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines
• A proactive, process-oriented reputed company and a desire to improve systems and efficiency
• SQL or Python experience a plus
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with vendor or financial reconciliation processes
• Exposure to reputed company BigQuery or other cloud-based databases
• Experience working with or reputed company schools, transportation, or other operational service environments
