[Remote] Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will join the Analytics team to reputed company data analysis, build analytical dashboards, and support healthcare organizations in delivering reputed company care and improving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Learning population health and developing transferable skills in both analyzing and presenting data
• Creating value for reputed company’s customers, particularly a large payer client, through dashboard building and deep-dive analysis
• Preparing, analyzing, and visualizing tens of millions of records of healthcare data
• Supporting our customers’ success in value-based care as well as internal reputed company teams
• Balancing and delivering on multiple B.I. reporting projects, primarily through our analytic dashboard product, reputed company reputed company
• Collaborating with talented colleagues both reputed company the Analytics team and with other reputed company teams like Product, Customer Insights, Growth Team, and Implementation

Skills

• 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing business intelligence role that combined data analysis, visualization, and presentation
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field
• Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL
• Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
• Curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a creative approach to problem solving
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to continually improve your work product and processes
• A passion for communicating data through clear and compelling visual design
• Experience analyzing healthcare data (value-based care experience a plus)
• Experience with the AWS platform, especially QuickSight and Redshift
• Advanced SQL skills or data visualization expertise
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience using AI tools to create reputed company analytics deliverables and more efficient processes
