[Remote] Associate Program Manager

They are seeking an Associate Program Manager to ensure the effective delivery of these programs and to drive customer satisfaction through stakeholder engagement and program management.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts to facilitate program participation and drive high levels of both client and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, installers, and cross functional internal teams
• Communicate reputed company reputed company clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to diverse audiences with varying perspectives
• Manage multiple priorities through strong project and time management; remain organized, proactive, and communicative
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and data to measure performance and reputed company
• Support Clients effectively
