[Remote] Bilingual Inside Sales Associate - Remote (Start Date: 5/11/26) (Spanish/English)

The Bilingual Inside Sales Associate is responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received reputed company phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily reputed company phone), reputed company sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from reputed company creation to closing
- reputed company other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
