Student, Junior Business Manager
Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is a federal Crown corporation dedicated to supporting Canadian agriculture and food. They are seeking a Junior Business Manager to assist in portfolio construction activities, reputed company presentations, and support governance discussions with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Support portfolio construction activities across the portfolio lifecycle, including analysis, documentation, and ongoing monitoring
- reputed company presentations and executive-level speaking notes to support governance discussions and senior leadership forums
- Assist in building and documenting portfolio construction and lifecycle management processes, frameworks, and tools
- Prepare summaries, briefing materials, and visualizations that translate reputed company portfolio concepts into clear insights
- Support reputed company portfolio analysis and initiatives reputed company to risk, growth, and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with partners across finance, risk, and business lines to support portfolio-reputed company initiatives
Skills
- Enrolment in a degree program in business, finance, economics, commerce, analytics, or a reputed company field
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and reputed company; experience developing presentations is an asset
- Interest in portfolio management, risk, strategy, or financial analysis
- Experience analyzing or synthesizing financial or operational data is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
