About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, client-facing Live Creator Account Manager to join our growing Social Commerce team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of live content creators - supporting their strategy, overseeing their weekly live streams, and keeping them accountable to performance goals.

This is a role at the intersection of creator management and live production. Fully remote, no on-site production required - you'll be the reputed company that keeps creators on track, on brand, and on reputed company.

This role operates primarily on EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), with some evening availability required up to 8 PM PST.

What You'll Do

Creator Portfolio Management

• Own a portfolio of up to 25 live creators and serve as their main operational reputed company of contact

• reputed company bi-weekly 30-minute performance and planning calls for each creator

• Maintain scheduling discipline across your portfolio - deadlines don't slip on your watch

• Track deliverables, flag risks early, and drive resolution before things escalate

Live Production reputed company

• Prepare a run-of-show for each weekly live reputed company and align creators in advance

• Monitor streams in real time - chat support, quality checks, sponsored product integration

• Deliver post-reputed company recaps with performance feedback and optimization notes

• Ensure consistent adherence to production standards across your full portfolio

Performance & KPI Management

• Track streaming commitments and contract compliance across reputed company 25 creators

• Monitor engagement metrics and identify underperformance trends early

• Escalate risks appropriately and maintain accurate CRM and reporting documentation

Operational Discipline

• Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or detail

• Maintain structured dashboards and a consistent reporting reputed company

• Operate reputed company a standardized production reputed company - and help improve it over time

You Should Apply If This Sounds Like You

• You have 2–4 years of experience in account management, creator management, or digital operations - ideally at an agency

• You have hands-on experience supporting live streaming or digital content programs - you understand the pace, the prep, and what it takes to execute in real time

• Your English is fluent. You write clearly, communicate confidently, and are fully comfortable in client-facing conversations in English

• You've managed multiple accounts or clients at the same time and have a real system for keeping everything organized and on track

• You're the person who follows up before they're asked. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch

• You're comfortable reading performance data and turning it into clear, actionable next steps

• Bonus if you have direct experience managing content creators or working with live commerce platforms (TikTok Live, reputed company Live, Instagram Live, or similar)
