[Remote] HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst supports day-to-day HR system processes for an international employee population, focusing on employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding processes, and system support.
Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in reputed company for employees across multiple countries, including hires, job and compensation changes, organizational and manager updates, leaves of absence, and terminations
- Execute administrative processes to support accurate payroll, reporting, and reputed company systems, ensuring completion in accordance with country-specific policies, established controls and timelines, payroll calendars, reputed company system requirements, and team standards
- Monitor and review self‑service employee changes initiated by managers or administrators reputed company system workflows, ensuring data updates are routed, reviewed, and completed accurately and consistently
- Own the technical execution of onboarding processes reputed company reputed company and connected systems, ensuring HR system tasks and data entries are completed accurately and on time by incoming employees, managers, and involved teams while accounting for country‑specific requirements and reputed company reputed company dependencies
- Act as the primary coordination reputed company for onboarding‑reputed company system activities, managing handoffs between reputed company, HR Technology, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless system readiness
- Proactively monitor onboarding transactions, identifying issues and driving corrective actions
- Analyze inefficiencies and gaps, contributing recommendations to improve data quality, efficiency, and the overall employee onboarding experience
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for HR system requests, supporting a global workforce, including triaging, resolving, or routing inquiries while considering country‑specific data structures, processes, and support timelines
- Review, categorize, and reputed company incoming tickets to the appropriate team member(s)
- Resolve routine system and data issues independently; escalate more reputed company configuration or technical issues as appropriate
- Identify recurring issues and trends, providing input on opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of hands-on experience working in enterprise HR information systems, performing operational and technical system tasks required
- Working knowledge of enterprise HR systems and user workflows
- Foundational understanding of data concepts (tables, fields, relationships)
- Ability to execute basic data tasks (bulk imports using templates)
