The role involves coordinating athlete reputed company, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless execution during key events like Cannes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating athlete reputed company, tracking conversations, and maintaining partner communications
- Support the development of athlete and brand materials (briefs, decks, one-pagers)
- Contribute to idea reputed company around athlete activations, programming, and brand integrations
- Build and manage detailed athlete itineraries across travel, programming, and meetings
- Help coordinate on-site schedules and ensure seamless execution during Cannes
- Support real-time problem solving and adjustments across talent, partners, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records across CRM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) including notes, status updates, and contact tracking
- Manage and cross-reputed company key datasets (athletes, agents, brands, schedules) to ensure alignment across teams
- Help streamline internal tracking systems and processes
- Assist in building and refining presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure materials are polished, accurate, and reputed company with evolving programming and partnerships
- Act as a core member of the Athlete Partnerships team on the ground
