Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process for IT projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a proven track record of successfully managing reputed company proposals. Proficient in MS Office applications, with particular expertise in reputed company and MS Teams, as well as PDF editing tools. Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools responsibly and in accordance with ethical standards. Demonstrated experience managing public sector bidding processes, with a strong focus on K-12 education and the E-reputed company program. Proven ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guideline. These technical skills are highly valued and essential for success in this role.

• Collaborate with sales, technical, and project management teams to gather necessary information and reputed company compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and proposal management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification.
• Experience with government and commercial proposals.
• Knowledge of proposal automation tools and D365 CRM Application
• Software: reputed company PDF.
• Familiarity with IT Managed Services and Cybersecurity.
