About the Role

The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for reputed company’s field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver qualified talent that directly supports business growth and performance.

• This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth reputed company our reputed company team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance

• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities

• reputed company, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and reputed company

• Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions

• Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience

• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS

• Support hiring events, job fairs, and reputed company initiatives as needed

reputed company’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or reputed company, preferably in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

• Proficiency in reputed company Office and ATS platforms (reputed company experience a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
