At Dojo, we’re looking for talented sales-minded individuals with a passion for business development to join us as Field Sales Representatives. Are you interested in joining a rapidly growing international fintech company?

About Dojo: With over 15 years of experience in the payments industry and more than 140,000 clients, we provide cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the experience between merchants and customers. We currently operate in the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Spain.

What will you do?

  • Acquire new customers (enterprise businesses with annual revenue above €450,000).

  • Actively prospect and build your own client portfolio.

  • Follow up on qualified leads.

  • Analyze data and report results.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver integrated solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • A sales profile with experience in B2B sales, ideally in payments or POS solutions.

  • Knowledge of the Spanish market.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and goal-oriented skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
