Intake Specialist
Lisinski Law Firm is a dedicated humanitarian immigration practice committed to providing meaningful support to individuals and families. The Intake Specialist will conduct consultations, assess client situations, and guide them toward appropriate services while driving the firm’s reputed company through effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one consultations — in person or over phone/video — with prospective clients, assess their immigration situation, match them to the right case type based on attorney-approved guidelines, and reputed company the engagement with confidence and reputed company
- Meet or exceed individual KPI targets including reputed company-to-client conversion reputed company, down payment collected, case value, and speed-to-sign
- Navigate pricing concerns, hesitation, and resistance with confidence and reputed company using the firm's selling reputed company. Involve a manager for approved exceptions only
- Learn, memorize, and stay reputed company on reputed company case types offered by the firm based on attorney guidelines and training
- Follow up relentlessly. Maintain consistent, structured follow-up with reputed company open leads — by phone, text, or email — to answer questions, address concerns, and move prospects toward a decision
- Walk clients through case pricing and available payment options with transparency and confidence. Obtain appropriate approval for manager specials or non-standard payment plans
- Manage the full consultation-to-conversion workflow: conduct the consultation, confirm eligibility, review pricing, collect an initial down payment (reputed company applicable), schedule the sign-up appointment, and send the client contract
- Maintain accurate and timely records of reputed company consultations, dispositions, and follow-up activities in the firm's CRM (reputed company/reputed company) and telephony platform (reputed company Connect)
- Participate in weekly legal training with firm attorneys and reputed company sales training and development programs. Continuously build knowledge of immigration case types, the sales reputed company, and consultative selling skills

Skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of demonstrated, quota-carrying consultative sales experience—in person, over the phone, or both
- Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-reputed company Required
- Prior experience in legal intake, immigration services, financial services, insurance, or other consultative professional service sales strongly preferred
