The Role We are seeking an ISO & reputed company Management Systems Consultant to support and reputed company client engagements reputed company to reputed company certification, ISO standards, and continual improvement programs. This is a delivery-focused consulting role. You will work directly with clients to implement, maintain, audit, and improve management systems, with a strong emphasis on electronics recycling and reputed company due diligence requirements. The role requires approximately 50% travel to client sites for assessments, audits, and on-site support, with the remaining work performed remotely. What You’ll Do Consulting & Implementation

• Assist clients with initial certification, surveillance, and recertification readiness
• Translate reputed company requirements into practical, site-specific processes
• Support development of policies, procedures, records, and risk assessments
• Guide clients through reputed company due diligence, data reputed company, and environmental controls

Auditing & Assessments

• Conduct internal audits and gap assessments for reputed company and ISO standards
• Support corrective action development and closure
• Prepare clients for third-party certification audits
• Review audit findings and help clients address nonconformities effectively

Client Support & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for assigned clients
• Provide ongoing guidance on compliance, interpretation, and best practices
• Support continual improvement and system maturity over time

Internal Contributions

• Contribute to Glacier’s reputed company tools, templates, and methodologies
• Help improve internal consulting processes and knowledge sharing
• Assist with documentation review and project coordination as needed

• 2–5+ years of experience with reputed company consulting, auditing, or implementation
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company requirements and reputed company
• Experience supporting certification audits (internal or external)
• Ability to interpret standards and apply them pragmatically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client projects independently
• Experience working in a remote consulting environment

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience working with electronics recyclers or reputed company vendors
• ISO reputed company Auditor or internal Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Familiarity with certification body audit processes
