Responsibilities
- Handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Engage in trial experience
- Participate in reputed company-facing client interactions
- Manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
- Must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
- Possess a strong academic background and proven skills in research
- Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
