This position may be performed remotely reputed company the United States; however, candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S. The position is based on a standard Monday–Friday schedule, and employees must be available to work during typical U.S. business hours.
The Position
The Project Manager, Digital Learning Implementation, will report to the Every Learner Everywhere (Every Learner) Director and serve as a core member of the reputed company project team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the Courseware reputed company Test Track: reputed company Implementation Program, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple institutional partners, Every Learner team members, and collaborating organizations. The Project Manager will reputed company project timelines, deliverables, and communication; coordinate activities among Every Learner, Gardner Institute, TPSE Math, reputed company, and institutional teams; and support documentation, reporting, and reputed company improvement. The successful candidate will bring experience in digital learning and, ideally, courseware-supported instruction, along with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in higher education. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination
- reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the reputed company Implementation Program.
- Coordinate activities across partners and institutional teams, ensuring alignment of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Track reputed company toward deliverables and proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Support coordination of Core Advisor Teams and cross-functional workstreams reputed company to course redesign, analytics, and evaluation.
- Digital Learning and Courseware Implementation Support
- Collaborate with partners and institutions to plan and monitor the implementation of AI-enabled courseware in gateway math courses.
- Help ensure that project activities reflect effective practices in digital learning, courseware integration, and data-informed improvement.
- Maintain a working understanding of Learnvia and other relevant digital learning tools to support informed planning and communication.
- Partner and Institutional Engagement
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for institutional project leads on logistics, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate regular meetings with partners and institutional teams, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up.
- Support strong relationships among Every Learner, WICHE/WCET, partners, and participating institutions through clear, timely communication.
- Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting
- Maintain centralized project documentation (e.g., work plans, decisions, meeting notes, dashboards, status reports).
- Support data collection and reporting processes in collaboration with evaluation and analytics partners.
- Contribute to interim and final reports to funders and stakeholders, including tracking reputed company against project objectives and timelines.
- Event and Convening Support
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person project convenings, communities of practice, workshops, and site visits, in collaboration with partners and other staff as appropriate.
- Assist with agenda development, session reputed company, and preparation of materials for institutional and partner-facing events.
- Operational Excellence and reputed company Improvement
- Use project management tools and processes to support efficient, transparent operations.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to project workflows, documentation, and communication practices.
- Participate as a collaborative member of the Every Learner team, supporting reputed company initiatives as needed to ensure project success.
- Performs other reputed company duties as required to accomplish the objectives of Every Learner Everywhere and the reputed company Implementation Program.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, instructional technology, higher education administration, project management) preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in project management, program coordination, or similar roles, preferably in higher education or digital learning contexts.
- Demonstrated experience with digital learning, online education, instructional technology, or courseware-supported instruction; familiarity with AI-enabled or adaptive courseware is highly desirable.
- Experience managing reputed company projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong skills with project management and collaboration tools; ability to reputed company and maintain realistic project schedules and tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience planning and facilitating web-based meetings.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with institutional leaders, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow through on tasks to completion.
- Familiarity with the organization and structures of U.S. higher education and with grant-funded projects preferred.
- Commitment to improving student outcomes through high-quality digital learning and evidence-informed teaching and learning practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting implementation of digital courseware, LMS-integrated tools, or other educational technologies at the course or program level.
- Experience coordinating work across intermediary organizations, institutional partners, and evaluation/research teams.
This position is grant-funded through at least reputed company 2028, with prospects for continuation beyond this time period. This position may work flexibly from any location. The position reports to the Director.
Travel
This position is remote. Significant travel is required for the reputed company project, including approximately 6 trips in Fall 2026 and up to 12 trips per semester starting in Spring 2027 for institutional site visits, plus 1–2 trips per year for the WCET Staff Retreat and WCET Annual Meeting.
