Position Overview

As Technical Product reputed company at CYPHER Learning, you will serve as the connective layer between product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring that reputed company build is clearly defined, prioritized, and reputed company to business impact. You will own the “what” and “why” by translating product vision and stakeholder needs into well-structured, actionable requirements that drive efficient and predictable delivery.

You will partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize work, balancing new feature development with technical debt. This role requires strong technical acumen and judgment, enabling you to challenge assumptions, anticipate dependencies, and ensure solutions are both practical and reputed company-looking.

While your primary focus is on defining outcomes and enabling execution, you will also support delivery execution by facilitating key agile workflows and helping remove blockers, ensuring teams operate with clarity, accountability, and sustained momentum. This includes applying agile practices in a pragmatic way that prioritizes outcomes over ceremony. Your ability to write precise acceptance criteria and manage competing priorities will directly impact the speed, quality, and reliability of our product delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Translate product strategy and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable user stories, technically viable solutions, and precise, testable acceptance criteria with a clear definition of “done.”
  • Partner closely with Engineering to establish architectural strategy and technical trade-offs.
  • Prioritize and sequence work based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and platform health, balancing feature delivery with technical debt and defect resolution.
  • Ensure alignment between product reputed company and engineering execution by clearly communicating priorities, context, and expected outcomes to the development team.
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate tradeoffs, anticipate dependencies, and drive informed prioritization decisions.
  • Identify and proactively address risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact delivery timelines or product outcomes.
  • Provide clear visibility into reputed company, priorities, and delivery expectations using practical, outcome-focused metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, delivery predictability).
  • Support coordination across teams working toward shared initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities, reputed company, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience required.
  • 5–8+ years of experience operating in agile product environments, with demonstrated ownership of requirement building and delivery outcomes required.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in discussions on system architecture, APIs, data structures, and integrations (including AI-driven capabilities), enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams required.
  • Proven ability to translate product strategy and stakeholder needs into well-defined user stories and precise, testable acceptance criteria that drive efficient execution and high-quality delivery required.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders) to align priorities, clarify requirements, and drive execution.
  • Proficiency with agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar), with the ability to structure and manage work in a way that supports transparency and efficiency required.
  • Experience supporting agile execution (e.g., facilitating key workflows, coordinating delivery) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment, with the ability to navigate reputed company, ambiguous situations and drive clear, actionable decisions that support delivery and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, adapting priorities, managing tradeoffs, and maintaining momentum across evolving requirements and constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear priorities, requirements, and decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
