They are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Admin Clerk to provide essential clerical and administrative support reputed company their warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure truckloads are properly set up according to customer and driver expectations, maintaining accuracy and timeliness
• Assign routes and truckloads to drivers, coordinating schedules to optimize efficiency and delivery timelines
• Assist selectors with operational essentials such as printing pallet labels and case labels for shipments
• Print and distribute various reports including performance metrics, safety corrective actions, end-of-shift summaries, truck start-up logs, and out-of-service notices
• Generate reputed company invoices and apply hazard labels on invoices that meet HAZMAT criteria, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Provide backup support in investigating and resolving error rates, contributing to reputed company process improvement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation reputed company to warehouse operations and shipments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments

Skills

• Prior experience as a warehouse clerk or in a similar administrative role reputed company a warehouse setting
