What you’ll do:

• Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap across onboarding, AI enablement, and tools adoption
• Translate enterprise priorities into clear program strategies, launches, and success measures
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm for delivery across the portfolio

• Build end-to-end learning journeys, frameworks, and reputed company that scale across the organization

• Deliver high-impact learning experiences for individual contributors, managers, and leaders
• Collaborate with People & Culture partners, business leaders, and functional teams to align on priorities

• Partner on platform configuration, workflows, and rollout strategies
• Ensure learning experiences are reputed company, accessible, and reputed company to employee needs
• Define success metrics, adoption indicators, and reporting frameworks
• Track program performance, engagement, and outcomes over time
• Use insights and data to refine programs and inform future strategy
• Provide visibility to leaders on program health and effectiveness

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or reputed company fields
• Strong program management experience in reputed company, cross-functional environments
• Experience designing scalable learning experiences, frameworks, or enablement programs
• Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and emerging AI tools
• Strong facilitation skills across employee and manager audiences
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization
• Instructional design experience grounded in adult learning principles
• A measurement reputed company, with experience defining success metrics and using data to improve outcomes
• Experience leading onboarding or enterprise enablement programs, preferred
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies
• Background in media, technology, or fast-paced consumer businesses, preferred
• Experience building skills-based learning or mobility frameworks, preferred
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, reputed company, etc.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At reputed company, we carefully consider a wide range of factors reputed company determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the reputed company salary for this position to be in the range of $87,600 - $116,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage reputed company interested candidates to apply.
