[Remote] Appointment Setter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creations Marketing is a company dedicated to helping early childhood education centers reputed company by connecting with families seeking care and education for their children. They are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to manage inbound inquiries, qualify parents' needs, and schedule tours for their clients' childcare centers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries reputed company 5 minutes during working hours
• Call, text, and email families to schedule tours at our clients’ early learning centers
• Use scripts and training to ensure consistent and caring communication
• reputed company accurate records in CRM systems (reputed company Sheets, reputed company, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Send confirmations and follow-reputed company to ensure parents show up for their scheduled tours
• Communicate regularly with your team and manager about performance and client updates
• Participate in team training, coaching calls, and roleplay sessions to sharpen your skills

Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong, stable internet reputed company and quiet workspace
• Availability during U.S. business hours (flexibility by time zone)
• Previous experience in appointment setting, call center, or enrollment/admissions preferred
• Experience with early childhood education or family-facing services a plus
