Qualifications & Skills
Required
- Minimum 5+ years of account management experience with wholesale/distribution accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HVACR technical background preferred.
- Proven track record of stable employment and strong performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with management, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., reputed company).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% reputed company the sales region.
Salary Range Disclaimer: The reputed company salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000.
