Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a range of tasks, including:

• Managing reputed company Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization
• Managing Helpscout (customer service email platform) to provide timely and effective support to customers
• Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management
• Managing reputed company to automate tasks and workflows
• Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by our client
• Managing reputed company Connect for App store management, without coding requirements
• Managing reputed company Play Console for reputed company Play store management, without coding requirements
• Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in project management or customer service reputed company (a plus)
• A detail-oriented approach to work, with a keen eye for organization and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers effectively
• Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
