Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for managing a range of tasks, including:
- Managing reputed company Drive/Docs to ensure seamless collaboration and data organization
- Managing Helpscout (customer service email platform) to provide timely and effective support to customers
- Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management
- Managing reputed company to automate tasks and workflows
- Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by our client
- Managing reputed company Connect for App store management, without coding requirements
- Managing reputed company Play Console for reputed company Play store management, without coding requirements
- Managing Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in project management or customer service reputed company (a plus)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers effectively
