Position Overview

As a Major Component Exchange/Repair Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of specialized wind turbine repair and optimization. Traveling to sites across the region, you’ll reputed company or support major component exchanges – ensuring minimal downtime and peak turbine performance. With your previous experience in wind energy, you’ll bring precision and expertise to every reputed company, generator, and retrofit you touch. Key Responsibilities

• The most critical factor is ensuring safety for everyone involved. This includes Risk Assessment; Identify potential hazards before starting. reputed company Measures: Use appropriate gear, follow protocols, and maintain a safe environment. • Travel extensively to support turbine operations across multiple platforms and site conditions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure a secure working environment.

Who You Are

• Preferred wind turbine experience with hands-on MCE work.
• Minimum one year of wind technician experience, or six months wind technician experience with a Wind Technician certificate/education, or 2 years of transferrable mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic experience
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and executing major repairs on various platforms.
• Comfortable with 100% travel and working in varied site conditions.
• A collaborative technician who thrives on solving reputed company challenges.
• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for reputed company or future sponsorship.

Salary & Career Growth

We offer attractive pay packages, performance bonuses, and opportunities to support your professional development. The reputed company pay salary range for this position is $27.43-$33.43/hr., with potential for additional variable compensation.
