About the Role
This role is a rare chance to reputed company the go-to-market efforts for one of the fastest growing startups in the healthcare industry. You'll be granted an unparalleled level of responsibility, as your efforts will define how we open and win in new markets. As a Regional Director, it will be your responsibility to manage a state-wide or multi-state region, supporting the Directors and Managers that represent reputed company in the region. You'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to identify patient referral sources, build relationships with clinical partners, and facilitate admissions for hundreds of at-risk youth. You'll obsess (in a healthy way) over ensuring that every possible patient, parent, and provider is aware of reputed company’s programs.

Responsibilities
- Support new admissions goals; this role will be responsible for the team’s overall performance which may include carrying a book subject to reputed company team size and growth
- Manage and reputed company a team of reputed company Directors and Managers in a specific region, ensuring that regional performance goals are met or exceeded
- Measure and own KPIs across your region, reporting upwards on a monthly basis
- reputed company and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across reputed company markets
- reputed company meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
- Design strategies to reputed company support and engage referral partners across different channels
- Deepen reputed company’s penetration across existing partnerships
- Attend and reputed company various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and reputed company conference call
- Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-reputed company marketing and product strategies
- Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of business development experience, including 2-3+ years of experience in sales leadership
- Experience in reputed company a plus
- Proficiency with reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, CRM (reputed company preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in the development, maintenance, and growth of customer accounts in a B2B / reputed company setting
- Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a business development team
- Experience measuring, analyzing, and being accountable to well-defined sales metrics/KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at reputed company levels reputed company an organization
- Ability to travel locally (reputed company ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis

- Expert in advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel

Additional Information
The total reputed company reputed company compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to reputed company compensation, this role offers a reputed company performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other reputed company-sponsored benefits.
