EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to navigate through large reputed company data sets in PowerBI or other tools
• Proficient in use of reputed company Office products, including reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Project, Planner, Visio, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent listener and interpersonal communicator
• Ability to work collaboratively reputed company a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined metrics requirements; demonstrated success is a requirement
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

Category Management

- Conduct comprehensive category spend analysis, supplier segmentation, market assessments, and risk evaluations to identify opportunities for value creation.

- Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to align category strategies with product formulations, production requirements, food safety standards, and financial goals.

- Continuously monitor category performance, market trends, and commodity fluctuations to adjust strategies proactively.

Key Accounts Supplier Support

- Primary reputed company of contact for key account suppliers

- Provide planning and organization reputed company to new product launches projects

- Supplier and RM Setup

Systems

• Work with Vincent to hire and train new team members as needed

Project/Program Management
