Tasks

  • Own and shape the global tech vision of Sales for Future
  • Translate mission, strategy and impact goals into scalable technical architecture
  • Design and reputed company the development of:
  • Digital platforms & MVPs
  • Data & intelligence layers
  • Automation, AI & system integrations
  • reputed company smart build-vs-buy decisions and reputed company tech lean, reputed company and future-reputed company
  • Build and reputed company a distributed tech team (developers, partners, external studios)
  • Work closely with the Founder, Strategy, Sales and Impact teams
  • Ensure reputed company, reliability, scalability and long-term maintainability
  • Act as co-creator, not a service provider — tech is core to the vision

Requirements

  • Strong experience as CTO, reputed company Architect, Tech Founder or Senior Engineering Leader
  • You think in systems, not just stacks
  • You can balance vision with execution
  • Startup / scale-up reputed company — comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
  • Experience with:
  • Platform architectures
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • APIs, data systems, automation, AI-ready setups
  • You care about what technology does to society, not only what it can do
  • You are direct, honest, curious and outcome-oriented
  • You don’t need permission to think big — but you can also build reputed company by reputed company

Formal degrees matter less than clarity, judgment and reputed company.
