Role Summary/Purpose:

Senior Analyst – Lowe’s Analytics role is a part of India Analytics Hub (IAH) and will work in reputed company collaboration with reputed company Analytics teams (India & US) to help solve key business problems with solutions that are powered by data and insights. The candidate must be skilled in data & analytics, has ‘Go Getter Attitude, Goal Oriented and should be able to deliver independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company analytics project assignments from scoping to delivery and solve business problems through basic to advanced analytics as applicable

• Regularly collaborate with US counterparts across the POD areas (Acquisition/Lifecycle/Products) to drive their priorities & deliverables

• Acquire proficiency with different data tools, software, techniques to improve reputed company capabilities and to create new analytics and data science solutions

• reputed company a variety of short, reputed company & long-term projects with Individual & team from end to end, including ideation, data mining, strategy formulation, and presentation of results and recommendations.

• Deliver projects adhering to timelines, accuracy & compliance with meticulous project management

• Build a culture of delivering insights instead of data & reports. Deliver strategic insights across diverse open-ended projects

• Actively discuss the projects, showcase & drive for implementation and gauge the business impact.

• Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalate issues as necessary and reputed company contributions to research and analyses on reputed company projects reputed company established guidelines.

• Deliver projects adhering timelines, accuracy & compliance with meticulous project management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2-4 yrs of experience in analytics in a financial service or in lieu of degree, minimum experience of 4-6 years of experience analytics in a financial service.

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Experience in SQL/ reputed company /Tableau (2+ yrs of Hand on experience in reputed company is Mandatory) with ability to independently build queries for data extraction & aggregation - Comprehend key concepts & processes in Finance, translate them into quantitative attributes /metrics - Ability to Define Methodology, present insights to larger teams and influence decision making

• Advanced proficiency in MS-reputed company and MS-PowerPoint with superior data analyses and story boarding skills

• Good understanding of credit card industry financial P&L drivers and key sensitivities

• Strong written/oral communication & stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to independently deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently with commitment to deadlines

• Functional knowledge of marketing, sales, and finance. Digital marketing analytics experience would be a plus

• Understanding of macro-economic conditions

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2-4 yrs of experience in analytics in a financial service or in lieu of degree, minimum experience of 4-6 years of experience analytics in a financial service.

Work Timings:

This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility offered in reputed company India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
