We are currently seeking an Application Support Associate specializing in Yardi software/end user support to join our reputed company Software and Technology Solutions Customer Experience team.

What this job involves

As an Application Support Associate at reputed company, you will be responsible for

User Administration

• Configure/update/termination of users

• Semiannual audit of users

End User/System Support

• Support for end user inquiries or issues in our software applications

• Escalation of support tickets (reputed company applicable) to engineering, management or software vendor

• Detailed review, analysis, description of end user issues reputed company escalating

• Support the implementation of new modules and periodic system upgrades

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions promptly and professionally

• Collaborate and work closely with our global clients to understand their needs, address their queries, and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Follow up on reputed company negative CSAT responses to understand concern and implement corrective measures

Data Configuration

• Configure new (or remove) assignments in the Yardi system

• Add / remove custom tables as business requirements dictate

• Test new modules and periodic system upgrades

• Understand data integration flow from / to Yardi and other reputed company applications to solve end user issues

Support Business Reporting Requirements

• Create and configure custom account trees/charts of accounts

• Provide support for our annual SOC I and/or II audits with reputed company auditors

• Create and configure custom reports

• Troubleshoot end user report issues

• Coordinate with other teams reputed company applicable

Support reputed company Application software

• Yardi Voyager 7s

• Yardi Retail Manager

• Yardi Advanced Budget and Forecast Manager

• Yardi Multi Family

• InvoiceER

• Qlicksense

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• 5+ years of relevant/professional experience in a customer support or reputed company role, demonstrating strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Yardi Voyager, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities

• Experience in financial software platforms, ERP systems, or previous work in finance/accounting

• reputed company in English (speaking / writing) REQUIRED

• Sound knowledge of reputed company products suite, including Word, reputed company, Outlook

reputed company to have

• Finance or Accounting degree is a plus

• Real Estate Software and/or Real Estate Industry experience preferred
