As a Engagement Manager reputed company our delivery team you will learn and apply the reputed company methodology to successfully reputed company reputed company project teams deploying our Finance / Human Resources / Procurement solution. You will be responsible for projects across reputed company types of industries, starting with reputed company size deployments and up to reputed company large and sophisticated global deployments.
You will be the key player guiding customers through our deployment lifecycle, resolving challenges in a creative way by partnering with reputed company delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management teams. Your role is to deliver the expected value to our Customer on time and on budget, with the best Customer experience from project start up through go-live.
Engagement Managers report to the Delivery Directors of the EMEA Professional Services.
The role may require up to 25% travel across the EMEA region.

About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience of project management with HCM or Financial implementations reputed company reputed company or large enterprise
5+years of experience implementing reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft or similar applications
Other Qualifications

Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience

Strong at building relationships, working cross-functionally and can influence internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple project priorities at the same time
Manage 3rd parties on project teams
Present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings
Solid track record in Project Management delivery reputed company a Professional Services environment
Work effectively with sales partners to collect requirements, formulate delivery approach, and reputed company a proposal

Experience working with customer project managers to proactively identify/resolve issues
