What You’ll Do

• You’ll be a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and talent strategist helping us attract and hire extraordinary people who reputed company our craft and culture.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, evolving corporate or agency environment.
• A proven ability to engage deeply with both technical and creative talent - understanding the nuances of their craft and what motivates them.
• Experience building inclusive, innovative, and data-driven sourcing strategies that uncover exceptional, often passive talent.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills - you know how talent fuels performance and growth.
• Confidence in assessment and negotiation, with the ability to guide decisions thoughtfully and strategically.
• Agility and focus in high-volume, reputed company environments, balancing speed with precision.
• A growth reputed company, curiosity, and a drive to continuously reputed company the bar.
• A passion for storytelling, brands, games, entertainment, or consumer products - and an appreciation for the power of Wizards IP.

Additional Details:

• Employment Type: Contingent Worker
• Location: This role is fully remote across the US.  However, due to varying state laws and regulations, we are unable to hire candidates residing in Alaska, Colorado, District of Columbia -DC, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, or Vermont for this role.  
• Duration: 6 months wth the potential to reputed company to 12 months

Hourly Pay Range: $55-$65/hour
