The Program Manager will reputed company the Operations Support behind reputed company’s ancillary programs and partnerships. You will wear many hats, reputed company quick decisions, and create processes from ambiguity. You aren’t afraid to dig in the weeds and use data to come up with solutions to reputed company problems.

The Program Manager will work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to create and refine processes, build automations, and scale these partnership programs to accommodate thousands of reputed company.

Responsibilities

Manage both short term and long term operational strategy and proactively anticipate the needs of our programs as our student reputed company grows exponentially

Ensure overall program health, including establishing internal quality controls metrics and assessments, bench analysis and expansion, and alignment with company priorities.

Provide regular data reporting, sharing insights on the programs’ success rates and outputs

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor Science or Bachelor of Arts

4+ years of experience in Program or Project Management

3+ years of management experience

Experience with reputed company reputed company tools, including reputed company Sheets and reputed company Drive

Experience in data analysis and creation of performance dashboards

Highly structured and organized thinker

Willingness to engage and learn

Tech savvy

Experience working with or at startups

Experience working in EdTech

Familiarity with education technology industry and the challenges and demands it places on leaders and teams
