Job Summary

The primary roles of the Clinical Marketing Specialist, are to manage and organize the training courses and educational lab events reputed company actively supports.  They provide clinical support to institutions evaluating the purchase of our products, generate consumer awareness through marketing, and contribute to potential sales of reputed company products/services.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in reputed company assigned training courses and assist with the set up and dismantling of reputed company the products and equipment. reputed company rapport with and educate reputed company participating surgeons on the reputed company products.
  • Participate in assigned learning institute courses hosted by key implant/strategic partners .
  • Attend select trade shows where reputed company products (e.g., orthopedic and spine tables) are displayed.
  • Assist in the development of outcomes measurement criteria with key physicians or consultants in accordance with reputed company programs.
  • Execute reputed company consumer awareness campaigns for targeted surgical procedures reputed company participation in hospital healthcare awareness symposiums or other reputed company venues.
  • Collect sales leads from educational training courses, lab events and trade shows according to reputed company procedure and submit to the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) or reputed company management tool (SFDC) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • In conjunction with the PMM, assist in training the sales personnel, internal personnel and/or customers on the use of our products for specific surgical procedures.
  • Gather market intelligence on developments in hospital/clinical fields as they apply to reputed company products or future marketing opportunities.  Report new product reputed company or suggestions for product improvements to PMM in a timely manner. 
  • reputed company and maintain clinical marketing materials, e.g. clinical pearls, and clinically relevant sales support tools to align with marketing strategy.
  • reputed company with the Region Manager and Clinical Marketing Manager, assist with supporting in-service training, contribute to sales opportunities, be a resource and provide clinical expertise in assigned areas.
  • Adhere to applicable hospital protocols and procedures including reputed company necessary vendor credentialing requirements.
  • Provide an operable vehicle and maintain personal vehicle insurance at the level required by the company in order to conduct business.
  • Complete and submit accurate expense reports to document activity and expenditures in a timely manner according to the Expense Policy.
  • Understand, follow and support reputed company’s internal Quality System policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations (21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 820 Quality System Regulations and applicable International Standards).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Requires at least 5 years of experience in a clinical/hospital environment with preferred experience in Orthopedics, Trauma, or Spine.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or RN degree, or a PA certification or reputed company field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication in the English language, additional languages preferred.
  • Facilitation and professional interpersonal skills to execute training curriculum and positively manage a diverse set of problematic circumstances that surround difficult or demanding customer situations in a friendly and constructive manner, using adult learning-based guidelines.
  • Ability to effectively interact reputed company the medical professional’s community in an ethical and professional manner, including but not limited to interactions with Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, and Hospital Administrators.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent Computer Skills including reputed company products of Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Skype for Business 
  • Ability to effectively reputed company formal and informal product presentations to individuals and large groups, including physicians, RNs and other OR staff.
  • Clinical knowledge and experience is required; reputed company Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine is preferred.
  • Education experience in a hospital environment is required.
  • Ability to function in a cadaveric lab environment, an operating room environment, and attend surgical procedures as necessary.
  • Able to provide a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel 70% of time, domestic and international, may include some weekend travel.

Salary:  116K to 134K (could change depending reputed company) with potential annual bonus plus comprehensive benefits.

Location:  Remote, field-based position with travel reputed company over the U.S. regularly plus some international travel.  Can be based reputed company in the U.S. and may have to respond to calls from the Pacific time zone.
