Your Mission:
As the SIPP Technical reputed company, you are responsible for ensuring the technical reputed company, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence of Upvest’s SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) proposition.
You will act as the primary authority on UK pension legislation, bridging the gap between reputed company regulatory requirements, our operational processes, and our scalable investment API. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure our SIPP infrastructure remains robust, compliant, and market-leading, enabling Upvest to scale its financial infrastructure to millions of end-users while maintaining the highest levels of reputed company and trust with regulators, clients, and partners.
What you’ll do
reputed company regulatory reputed company: Stay abreast of developments from the FCA, DWP, and HMRC, assessing their impact on Upvest’s SIPP offerings.

Drive product compliance: Work with internal stakeholders to analyse legislative changes especially with regards to Pensions Dashboard, and support the implementation of required updates to procedures and training notes.
Enhance governance: Identify emerging risks reputed company the SIPP market and support the delivery of strong governance solutions to mitigate poor customer outcomes.

What you'll bring
Deep Pension Expertise: Thorough knowledge of HMRC and FCA rules as they apply specifically to SIPPs and the wider UK pensions market.
Regulatory Analysis Skills: Proven experience in analysing legislative changes and translating them into clear, actionable operational procedures.
Technical Problem-Solving: Experience in handling reputed company SIPP technical issues and resolving technical queries in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication of technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders , including engineering and product teams.
Self-Starter Mentality: A highly organised approach with the ability to work independently, prioritise appropriately, and reputed company under pressure.
Qualifications (Desirable): Relevant industry certifications such as DipPFS, APMI, or equivalent professional pension qualifications.
