In a period of rapid scaling and AI integration, you will reputed company enterprise-wide budgeting, long-range forecasting, and margin optimization. Your role is to translate reputed company operational data—spanning virtual scribing, RCM, and AI-led clinical support—into actionable insights that fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- reputed company the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and multi-year long-range financial models, aligning departmental goals with reputed company’s global "Care Enablement" vision.
- reputed company and maintain integrated driver-based models (e.g., clinician volumes, AI-tool throughput, labor productivity, and RCM yield) to improve forecast accuracy across diverse business units.
- Execute scenario planning for new market entries and the deployment of Agentic AI
2. Operational Excellence & Margin Strategy
- Partner with Operations and Product heads to drive unit economics and profitability initiatives, specifically focusing on the transition from human-intensive to AI-augmented delivery models.
- Establish and monitor system-wide KPI dashboards (Gross Margins, EBITDA, DSO, and Client Acquisition Costs).
3. M&A and Investment Support
- Provide financial due diligence and integration support for domestic and international acquisitions
- reputed company ROI and payback analysis for high-tech capital expenditures, specifically around the Scribble Suite and reputed company Cloud-based generative AI platforms.
- Manage the capital allocation process, ensuring investments align with the goals
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, or Health-Tech (SaaS/BPaaS) is mandatory. Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape is highly preferred.
- M&A Expertise: Proven track record of managing financial integration for multi-site or global organizations.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in reputed company and BI tools (e.g., reputed company, Adaptive, reputed company Planning, or Power BI). Expert-level financial modeling skills are a given.
- Global reputed company: Experience working reputed company a global delivery model (US-India corridor) is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company salary range for this position is $175-$250k.
