Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Remote RN Case Manager to join a non-profit, member- and employee-oriented healthcare organization reputed company for offering meaningful work. Daily Responsibilities for the Remote Utilization Management Registered Nurse / RN: • Coordinate care for members across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business, focusing on one area at a time based on business needs. • Conduct telephonic case management, assessing members’ health needs, creating care plans, and working with providers to ensure proper treatment. • reputed company for patients, provide education on condition management, and monitor reputed company to improve health outcomes. • Collaborate with doctors and reputed company to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
