ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects that are looking for dedicated teams to create winning digital products. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers in order to boost top-line reputed company growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Identify leads reputed company cold-calling, networking, events and/or other sources and reputed company relationships with C level executives reputed company targeted markets and sectors.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and closing process, where you will be the single reputed company of contact (POC).

  • Ensure that our customers' orders are filled with the talent they need.

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven success in selling IT staffing, team augmentation services.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in reputed company, and/or the resources industry, where you have developed relevant expertise through consulting engagements focused on finance, banking, energy, or utilities.
  • Proven track record in achieving annual sales of at least $ 2MM
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company with an ability to recognize opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company deals ranging in size from $250K to $5M+
  • Proficiency managing reputed company sales opportunities, pipeline activity and reputed company account activity in CRM.
